  • Decent trading activity

  • Some risk factors present

HIGH (36-60 points)

  • Low liquidity ($25K-$100K)

  • Small market cap ($500K-$5M)

  • Total liquidity in USD

  • Liquidity depth analysis

  • DEX distribution

Market Cap Risk (25% weight)

  • Fully diluted valuation

  • Circulating supply analysis

  • **Micro cap token**: Market cap under $50,000

  • **Low trading volume**: Volume/MCap ratio under 0.5%

  • **Few transactions**: Less than 10 transactions per day

  • **Heavy selling pressure**: Sell ratio above 70%

  • **Unusual buying pattern**: Buy ratio above 80%

  • **High concentration**: Top holders control >80%

Best Practices

When evaluating tokens:

1. **Never rely solely on risk score** - Use it as one factor among many

2. **Check multiple metrics** - Look at liquidity, volume, and market cap together

3. **Monitor over time** - Risk profiles can change rapidly

4. **Verify contract** - Always verify the contract address

5. **Do your research** - Combine our analysis with fundamental research
